Here is an easy-to-make recipe that almost anyone can make:

Banana Cream Pie

We buy it from the market rather than trying it at home whenever there is a seemingly tricky recipe, such as banana cream pie. Thankfully, the entire process of making this dessert becomes straightforward when you use a 615 gr Fast Gas Cream Charger.

This recipe is perfect for 6 to 8 people depending on your serving size.

Ingredients:

  • A pie crust (19 inches)
  • 4 peeled bananas
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 50 gm of regular flour
  • 150 gm of sugar
  • 400 ml of milk
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 50 gm of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 3/4th cup of icing sugar

Directions:

Begin by baking the pie crust for around 10 minutes at 180°C. Remove it from the heat source and let it cool thoroughly. At the bottom of the pie crust, organize banana slices slightly overlappingly. Make a puree of 1 banana and cut the remaining three into round pieces of 1/3rd-inch thickness.

Next, mix flour, milk, salt, and sugar and bring the mixture to a boil. The moment the mixture starts to thicken, remove it from the heat source and add your butter while whisking entirely until the mixture turns glossy. Let it then cool slightly. Beat egg yolks until they turn light in color. Then, add to it 2-3 tablespoons of the milk mix. Now, put the eggs back in the milk mix while beating thoroughly and placing it on to a heat source for 5 minutes over low flame so that the blend thickens even more. To this, add your banana puree and beat the mix again. Further, pour it into your pie crust to cover the banana slices fully.

Now, mix the icing sugar and heavy cream, and pour them inside a cream siphon

Use N2O cream chargers to charge the bottle while shaking the contents after every cream cartridge charge. Then, replace the cap of the siphon and screw the lid tightly.

Keep the banana cream pie in the refrigerator to chill for around 3 hours. While serving, put out the pastry from the fridge and top it with your whipped cream until the pie is completely covered up. Cut the pie into slices and serve cold.

Bonus Tip: You can make raspberry, chocolate, and any other cream pie using the same procedure.

There is no end to creativity inside your kitchen with Fast gas Cream Chargers. Whether it is about savory dishes, drinks, or desserts, whipped cream chargers not only allow you to come up with your new recipes but also enable you to make traditional recipes even more delicious and appealing.
