Ramdon LTD sells only to registered businesses who aim to resell to other businesses. The minimum quantity to order is a full pallet for countries where we do not have a distributor. For multiple countries we have existing (exclusive) distributors. In that case, the minimum quantity is higher or you can solely order through the distributor. The quantities per pallet differ based on continent: Europe: 670G: 450 pieces, 1350G: 240 pieces, 2000G: 162 pieces. United States: 670G: 480 pieces, 1350G: 240 pieces, 2000G: 168 pieces. Along with your original order, including transportation, some countries outside the EU also charge import duties. Be sure to check the rules in your country before ordering.

We only accept bank wires from bank accounts that belong to the company you are ordering for. Please note that we only ship out goods that we have received payment for. We do not accept crypto payments, cheques or cash payments.

The delivery time of your goods is defined by the speed of actions on both sides. We guide you through the multiple steps of the ordering process and expect a smooth delivery every time. We aim for zero defects. Nevertheless, like in every production, there may be instances were an issue occurs. When this happens, we will gladly substitute any defective bottles.

The canisters are to be emptied completely with use of the nozzle, before disposing of the canister. We advise you to follow the disposal instructions that are written on the bottle. You are recommended to dispose of the canisters at the nearest recycling center within your municipality.

The N2O in the canisters is filled under high pressure. If you release the gas too fast, the bottle will freeze. To resolve this, let the bottle warm up at room temperature for a few minutes (not more than 20) and do not use it during that time. Always release gas with the canisters in a vertical position.

Each canister produced by Ramdon LTD has a badge number at the top. We will very soon be releasing canisters that have a QR code which you can use to verify the originality of the product.
