This allows you to eat less, but enjoy more of it!

Here are three easy dessert recipes that can be made by almost anyone having a whipped cream dispenser and cream chargers in their kitchen.

Marinated Raspberries with Honey Cream

Did you ever try marinating fruits? They are not just highly receptive to so many flavors, but they also add a healthy punch to your dessert. As far as this dessert is concerned, no processed sugar goes into it. Just a bit of honey and a dash of alcohol (optional) are used to make it richer. The essence of this recipe is that you can easily replace raspberries with other types of berries, including blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, or an assortment of different berries of your choice.

  • 1 lb fresh raspberries
  • For Honey Marinade:
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 pinch of table salt
  • 5 tablespoons of water or merlot
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of allspice

Honey Cream:

  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 250 ml of whipping cream

Mix all the ingredients above for the honey marinade. Heat them on low heat to let the honey mix properly. Remove the mix from the heat source and pour it on the berries. Next, put the berries inside a fridge in a tight container and keep it untouched for 5-8 hours. After the berries get marinated, remove them and sieve thoroughly while reserving the fruits.
Mix the honey and the whipping cream. Heat the mix for around 60 seconds on low heat. Then, remove it from the heat source, and using a spatula, stir the mix thoroughly. Now, strain the mix into a whipping cream siphon. Next, infuse the mix with two doses of nitrous oxide cream whipped cream chargers, while shaking after every charge. Keep the honey cream inside the refrigerator for at least 2 hours while shaking it after every half an hour.
For serving, drop a small quantity of your honey cream to create a base at the bottom of a serving glass or bowl. Then, place 2 to 3 tablespoons of your berries over the honey cream base. Now, put a generous amount of cream on top of your berries. Serve instantly!

Lemon Icebox Cake

This is one popular classic recipe and most people across the globe have perhaps tried making it at least once in their lifetime. This recipe is super easy and fast with a whipped cream siphon and nitrous oxide whipped cream charger. The best thing about this recipe is that allows you to replace the lemon flavor with any other flavor of your choice. This recipe is perfect for 6 to 8 persons.

  • 500 ml of whipping cream
  • 200 gm of vanilla wafers
  • 250 ml of lemon curd
  • 200 ml of vanilla ice cream (plain)
  • 4 tablespoons of condensed milk
  • Lemon slices for decoration

Start by melting vanilla ice cream and mixing it with half of the lemon curd and whipping cream, while stirring everything gently. Put the mix in a whipped cream siphon. Charge it with one whipped cream cartridge, shake the mix and then charge it with another nitrous oxide cream cartridge. Once you are done, place the nozzle firmly to ready the mixture after removing the cream charger. Apply the remaining half of the lemon curd over each wafer.
In a flat baking pan, put about 1/3rd of the lemon curd-cream mix. Top it with half of the vanilla wafers and then cover it with the next 1/3rd amount of the cream-lemon curd mix. Put 2 tablespoons of condensed milk onto it. Now, make a second layer of wafers and put the remaining cream-lemon curd mix on top of it. Again, drizzle it with the remaining condensed milk. Keep it inside the refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours before you serve.
Adorn with lemon slices on top. This is an excellent dinner party recipe, where you have to prepare some parts of the meal in advance. You can choose to either buy lemon curd from the store or make it at home.

Make Desserts With Whipped Cream

Banana Cream Pie

Whenever there is a seemingly difficult recipe, such as banana cream pie, we choose to buy it from the market, rather than trying it at home. Thankfully, the entire process of making this dessert becomes extremely easy when you use a whipped cream dispenser and Fast gas cream charger with 580g of nitrous oxide. Depending on your serving size, this recipe is perfect for 6 to 8 persons.

  • A pie crust (19 inches)
  • 4 peeled bananas
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 50 gm of regular flour
  • 150 gm of sugar
  • 400 ml of milk
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 50 gm of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 3/4th cup of icing sugar

Begin by baking the pie crust for around 10 minutes at 180°C. Remove it from the heat source and let it cool fully. At the bottom of the pie crust, organize banana slices, in a slightly overlapping fashion. Make a puree of 1 banana and cut the remaining three into round pieces of 1/3rd-inch thickness.
Next, mix flour, milk, salt, and sugar together and bring the mixture to a boil. The moment the mixture starts to thicken, remove it from the heat source and add your butter while whisking completely until the mixture turns glossy. Let it then cool slightly. Beat egg yolks until they turn light in color. Then, add to it 2-3 tablespoons of the milk mix. Now, put the eggs back in the milk mix while beating thoroughly and placing it on to a heat source for 5 minutes over low flame, so that mix thickens even more. To this, add your banana puree and beat the mix again. Further, pour it into your pie crust to fully cover the banana slices.
Now, mix the icing sugar and heavy cream, and pour them inside a whipped cream siphon. Two N2O whipped cream chargers are used to charge the mix while shaking the contents after every cream cartridge charge. Then, replace the cap of the siphon and screw the lid tightly.
Keep the banana cream pie in the refrigerator to chill for around 3 hours. While serving, put out the pie from the fridge and top it with your whipped cream, until the pie is completely covered up. Cut the pie into slices and serve cold.
Bonus Tip: You can make raspberry, chocolate, and any other cream pie using the same procedure.
